It’s a great time to jump on board with both projects. Most importantly for me, he’s been inviting some of the best drummers in the business to flesh out his sound. Earlier Demonic Resurrection albums sometimes seemed to make the drums an afterthought, but no longer.

Pretty sure this is a concept album. Can't decipher enough of the lyrics to be sure, but the song titles sure make it seem that way. Regardless, the thing f*cking slaps. Dig the tone, the riffage, the general vibe: the fact that ASHEN HORDE understand the concepts like 'pacing' and 'build' (a lost art in our time). All around winner, regular rotation material.
